Notice is hereby given that there is a vacancy on Harston Parish Council following the resignation of Jonathan Wedgbury.

  1. There is a vacancy on Harston Parish Council caused by the resignation of Jonathan Wedgbury.
  2. A by-election to fill the vacancy will be held if, within 14 days from the date of this notice – calculated in accordance with the relevant regulations – ten electors for the parish give notice in writing requesting that an election be held.
  3. Such notice must be delivered to the Returning Officer at:
    South Cambridgeshire District Council
    South Cambridgeshire Hall
    Cambourne Business Park
    Cambourne
    Cambridge
    CB23 6EA
  4. If no such notice is given, Harston Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.
